Torticolis / Plagiocephaly

Torticolis/Plagiocephaly

Torticollis and plagiocephaly are common conditions in infants that can affect head shape and neck movement. Torticollis occurs when a baby’s neck muscles become tight or imbalanced, leading to a head tilt or difficulty turning their head. Plagiocephaly, often called “flat head syndrome,” develops when one side of a baby’s head becomes flattened due to positioning.

Early intervention is key! Our expert paediatric physiotherapists provide gentle, effective treatments to improve mobility, strengthen muscles, and support natural head shaping. We also offer guidance on positioning techniques and home exercises to help your baby thrive.
